Aaron Fichtelberg is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of Delaware. He holds an MA from DePaul University, a PhD from Emory University and an LLM in Public International Law from Utrecht University. His works is primarily in legal theory and international criminal justice. He has written three books on international law and justice (Law at the Vanishing Point, Crime Without Borders, and Hybrid Tribunals: A Comparative Examination) as well as numerous articles about the theoretical and philosophical foundations of international criminal law.
